When and where does Skicousi ski / snowboard / snowshoe?
Love to ski, snowboard or snowshoe? Join us every Thursday in January and February at selected private clubs. You pay group rates for lift tickets and meet people who love the outdoors!

Where do I buy the lift ticket?
When you arrive at the club house, you will find a table with Skicousi volunteers selling the lift tickets and handing out draw tickets. The lift tickets are to be paid in CASH only and in exact change. Most Clubs have an ATM machines on site.
Lift tickets will be sold from approximately 8:30 to 10:30 am after which time a lift ticket will have to be purchased from the club lift ticket window.
For some events, you need to buy your ticket before the event.
Can I bring in Guests?
Guests must be 18 years old or older. Your guest must sign a waiver and be signed in by a Skicousi member when purchasing lift tickets. The lift ticket prices are $10 or more than the Skicousi member price.
Should I bring lunch?
You can bring your lunch or purchase it. The busiest time for purchasing lunch is after lessons which end at 12:30 pm.

When are announcements made?
Daily draws and announcements will take place at 1:00 pm in the club house.
An email will be sent highlighting important events and information. Always check the website for the most up to date information.
How do I sign up for ski / snowboard lessons?
Want to improve your ski / snowboard skills? Take weekly small group or private lessons from our top-notch certified instructors!
Lessons run from 11:00 am to 12:30 pm. You will assembly for lessons is in front of the chalet.
The class size is approximately 8 students per class. Your placement in classes is based upon your choice of ability level when registering for lessons. Movement between levels is completed during the first and second week of classes in consultation with Snow School Director and your instructor.
Is bus transportation provided?
If you would prefer not to drive, there are bus departure locations in Mississauga and Brampton. Click on the Bus link to get more information and to see if you can get a seat on the bus.
If you are taking the bus, it arrives between 9:00 am and 9:30 am. Note that the busiest time for purchasing lift tickets is right after the bus arrives!
Do Skicousi members carpool?
Yes. Several members have contacted Skicousi members to organize their own carpool.
Does Skicousi organize off season activities?
Events may be planned if there is enough interest. For example, a cycling day, golf day, luncheon, etc.
Does Skicousi organize long trips?

Is Skicousi organized by volunteers?
Yes! Skicousi is organized by a group of dedicated volunteers. We are always looking for people who can sell tickets, help out at the events or become a board member.
